This temporary visa lets an employer sponsor a suitably skilled worker to fill a position they can’t find a suitably skilled Australian to fill.
The TSS visa is a temporary visa, the visa consists of the short-term, medium-term and labour agreement streams. The visa allows the applicant to work in Australia for up to four years. Especially for applicant who hold medium-term stream visa, if the applicant has worked for the same employer for 3 years on TSS visa he/she may be eligible for permanent resident visa via 186 or 187 TRT pathway
